Alzheimer’s Disease Treatment: Is Biblical Healing Possible?

In Alzheimer’s disease, there is nothing wrong with the memory. There is nothing wrong with the brain. The problem is the white corpuscles have interrupted the neurological pathways. In Alzheimer’s disease and in other autoimmune diseases, the body is attacking the body as the person is attacking himself in his identity and spirituality.
In our case histories of Alzheimer’s, we have uncovered an incredible observation. We refer to people who come down with this disease as actors and actresses because you will find them being great servants and always being bubbly and happy on the surface. But all of their lives, they have been performing to meet the expectations of someone else. People who get Alzheimer’s disease have been busy pleasing everyone else all their life. They’ve never taken time for themselves.
So they never become the person God saw them to be from the foundation of the world. They’ve spent their whole life becoming what someone else expected of them, beginning in childhood. The first twenty or twenty five years of their life span, they go from birth to learning and education, to forty years as a generation and as the span of life continues, to twenty years of declining years. As they begin to face the decline of their generation and their life, they understand the reality that they’re never going to be who they thought they were. The thing they feared the most has now come upon them.
